Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your MARLOWE items in their original container.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for peace of mind.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
